50% OF THE TOTAL IS REQUIRED AS A DEPOSIT WHEN BOOKING THAT IS PUT TOWARDS YOUR SERVICE TOTAL; CARD INFO IS SAVED

ON FILE FOR SECURITY PURPOSES


REMAINING BALANCE IS DUE IN CASH


APPOINTMENTS MUST BE CANCELED 24 HOURS IN ADVANCED ON THE BOOKING SITE IN ORDER TO RECEIVE THE DEPOSIT BACK.

ONCE THE 24 HOUR MARK IS MISSED THE DEPOSIT IS THEN FORFEITED.


PLEASE CONTACT BRIANNA VIA TEXT TO RESCHEDULE FOR ANOTHER DAY DURING THAT WEEK. ANY RESCHEDULING NEEDED FOR OUTSIDE SAID WEEK REQUIRES A NEW BOOKING/NEW DEPOSIT.


THERE IS NO LATE FEE OR GRACE PERIOD.


IF LATE TO YOUR APPOINTMENT AND THERE IS NOT ENOUGH TIME TO COMPLETE YOUR FULL SERVICE THE SERVICE WILL BE MODIFIED TO FIT THE NEW TIME FRAME BUT THE PRICE WILL REMAIN THE SAME AS ORIGINAL SERVICE BOOKED


EX: BRAZILIAN WITH A BRIGHTENING TREATMENT WAS BOOKED BUT CLIENT IS LATE AND THERE IS ONLY ENOUGH TIME FOR THE BRAZILIAN, THE CLIENT WILL STILL PAY FOR THE BRIGHTENING TREATMENT BUT ONLY RECEIVE THE BRAZILIAN.



NO CALL/ NO SHOW WILL BE CONTACTED, IF NO RESPONSE THE REMAINING BALANCE WILL BE CHARGED TO THE CARD ON FILE AND CLIENT IS BANNED FROM FUTURE BOOKINGS
